ESSO | WELCOME JOURNEY
A series of emails sent to newly signed up members of Esso Extras, Esso's loyalty scheme in Benelux. They welcome consumers to the scheme and explain how it works. Further emails encourage/incentify consumers to the first collect, then redeem loyalty points. A process that previously had a high-drop off rate.
Working closely with a CRM strategist the existing responsive email template was redesigned using less copy and more visual elements. The template is modular enabling content to be targeted to a consumer's position along the journey.
